The French Riviera is a high-level classic. In the area you will find fantastic beaches, world-class restaurants and magnificent cities such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Provencal mountain towns. Within easy reach are museums such as Chagall, Picasso and Fondation Meaght.

Summer is long, hot and sunny. Specifically, there are just over 300 sunny days a year. In September, October, March, April and May you can enjoy a temperature similar to the Danish summer. In addition, the water is warm right up until November.

The apartments in Sainte Maxime have stunning sea views where you have a view of the entrance to the Bay of Saint Tropez. It is 900 meters to a lovely sandy beach and just 50 meters to the outdoor pool. You can fly to Nice, where it is just over an hour’s drive to the apartment.

There is room for 4 people and possibly 5 people on a bed that can be folded out. It becomes somewhat dense when there are 2 or 3 people sleeping in the living room. 

The apartment has a new double bed. Chairs, tables and beds in the living room are well-functioning, of good quality, of older date, but fit well into the limited space in the apartment.

There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, but there is usually not much more than 30 degrees in the summer, as the sea is close by. The warm months are usually July and August. It is usually 17-25 degrees during Easter and autumn holidays. 

About apartment 308

Investment and Holiday home has access to 2 apartments in Sainte Maxime – 308 and 309. 

Both apartments have a room, private terrace and an area of about 40 sqm. With one bedroom and another 3 beds, the apartment fits nicely for a family of 5. Here is NOT air conditioning.

If you are 2 families or several generations, it is optimal to book both apartments, so you each have their own apartment and the children can walk between the apartments, which are right next to each other.

Bosque

The southern Costa Blanca is the warmest area on the European mainland in winter. There are about 340 sunny days and typically 20 degrees in winter in the middle of the day. There are beautiful and wide sandy beaches, and you can swim almost all year round. Winter bathing with cold water, on the other hand, does not exist.

The bosque apartment is about 3 km. from the two holiday homes in Los Dolses and about 6 kilometers from La Zenia town and the beach. In addition, there is of course driving distance to the major cities nearby, such as Murcia, Elche, Alicante and Cartagena. The airport of Alicante is about 50 minutes away.

Area 

Good opportunities for exercise with cycling and nice walks along the water. The prices at the restaurants are very low, so you can enjoy a nice 3-course dinner for between 10-12 euros, including 1/2 bottle of wine.  There are also 5 golf courses in the area.

About the apartment in Bosque

The apartment in Bosque is located on a high 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also the possibility of extra bed in the living room, on a good sofa bed, if you are more than 4 people. When renting the apartment in Bosque, you have access to a nice and functional roof terrace of approx. 60 square meters. Here you can really enjoy the late afternoon sun and also have a nice view of both the mountains, the sea and the towns in the area. If you have small children, the apartment has both a weekend bed and a high chair.

The apartment appears very nice and renovated with new kitchen and new furniture as well as new aircon units. Be aware that there is only 1 bathroom, so if you have to be more than 4 people, then it will be very close. However, the roof terrace is very large at 70 square meters. The immediate area is not particularly charming, cozy or authentic. It is somewhat marked by Englishmen.  There are restaurants right outside and shopping (2-3 good supermarkets) about 2 km away. There are good and cozy restaurant areas 2-4 km away and there are no less than 5 golf courses nearby.

Los Dolses 630

Area

There are 5 golf courses in the area, and one of Europe’s most beautiful outdoor shopping centers Zenia Boulevard is within walking distance of the apartment in Los Dolses.

Culturally, there is a lot to see within 1 hour’s drive. You can visit Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante and Elche, among others. Elche is the city in Europe with the most palm trees. A perfect area for life lovers, where the prices are also very reasonable. Alicante Airport is also just a 45-minute drive from La Zenia.

About the apartment

The apartment in the Los Dolseses district, in La Zenia, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the wide private roof terrace, which is about 75 sqm. Here there is ample opportunity to enjoy the many sunny days. The area is wonderful, relaxing, and definitely something for the whole family to enjoy. If you have small children, there is a high chair in the apartment.

Karin Punta 1st floor

This small town has a rich history dating back to the Roman period, as evidenced by the archaeological remains of a small amphitheater and the temple of the Liburnian goddess Latra. At the time, the city had the status of a Roman municipium. In the past, the town’s population was primarily engaged in livestock breeding and viticulture, and today the main industry is tourism.

About the apartment

This large apartment is located in the same house as Karin Punta st.th and Karin Punta st.tv. Here is a good opportunity to rent all three units, so there is room to take the whole family with you. The apartment is best suited for 4 adults, and possibly two children who can sleep on the sofa bed. The bay itself invites to various water activities such as SUP, kayaking and fishing and if you are into culture then Zadar city has a lot to offer, with rich history, delicious food and a visit to the famous sea organ on the harbor promenade.
