Goslar – Breite Strasse

Goslar is the main town in the Harz Mountains, and offers a charming and historically interesting city center. It is an old imperial city, and from here you have ample opportunity to explore the surrounding towns such as Bad Harzburg or Quedlinburg which are within an hour’s drive from Goslar. Goslar is a year-round destination, where christmas is bursting with classic German Christmas atmosphere and where in the summer there is ample opportunity to go hiking in the mountains. The town has many shops, the Karstadt department store and a myriad of restaurants. This holiday destination offers outdoor activities and an interesting cultural-historical background.

About the property

The residence in Breitestrasse is located in the center of Goslar in a traditional half-timbered house. The apartment is on the top floor and there are quite a few stairs up and no elevator. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The apartment is on 2 floors and has been completely renovated. There are 3 rooms with 6 beds.

NOTE! During the winter weeks it is possible to ski from the accommodation, although we do not categorize it as a
ski accommodation. It takes about half an hour to drive to the small ski area Bocksberg, where there are small 4 km of slopes and 6 lifts.

A good option to have a cheap holiday and have a few days skiing. Feel free to check up on the season and snow guarantee yourself,
as it is a small area.

Supplement to rental price

Final cleaning costs DKK 900. It is mandatory and is automatically selected when booking.
Final cleaning includes towels and linen.

In Germany, 19% of the rental and cleaning price is charged in VAT/VAT. This is added automatically when booking.

Sessame

Sessame, or the village as we call it, is located in the most beautiful wine region and has a fantastic view
over vineyards and the surrounding mountains.

About the holiday home

Sessame consists of 3 houses and is ideal for the large family.
The houses are currently undergoing a total renovation and when they are finished it will be
a large common area with pool where you can enjoy yourself together the whole family. The residence is located in the middle of it
beautiful wine landscape and is a perfect destination for gastronomy and wine enthusiasts. Asti, Alba and Bra are located
within a short distance by car, and here there are small exciting delicatessen with local products and
countless delicious restaurants and wine bars. In late summer and early autumn, the wine harvest begins, and therefore
there are often town festivals to experience in the area at this time.

Bosque

The southern Costa Blanca is the warmest area on the European mainland in winter. There are about 340 sunny days and typically 20 degrees in winter in the middle of the day. There are beautiful and wide sandy beaches, and you can swim almost all year round. Winter bathing with cold water, on the other hand, does not exist.

The bosque apartment is about 3 km. from the two holiday homes in Los Dolses and about 6 kilometers from La Zenia town and the beach. In addition, there is of course driving distance to the major cities nearby, such as Murcia, Elche, Alicante and Cartagena. The airport of Alicante is about 50 minutes away.

Area 

Good opportunities for exercise with cycling and nice walks along the water. The prices at the restaurants are very low, so you can enjoy a nice 3-course dinner for between 10-12 euros, including 1/2 bottle of wine.  There are also 5 golf courses in the area.

About the apartment in Bosque

The apartment in Bosque is located on a high 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also the possibility of extra bed in the living room, on a good sofa bed, if you are more than 4 people. When renting the apartment in Bosque, you have access to a nice and functional roof terrace of approx. 60 square meters. Here you can really enjoy the late afternoon sun and also have a nice view of both the mountains, the sea and the towns in the area. If you have small children, the apartment has both a weekend bed and a high chair.

The apartment appears very nice and renovated with new kitchen and new furniture as well as new aircon units. Be aware that there is only 1 bathroom, so if you have to be more than 4 people, then it will be very close. However, the roof terrace is very large at 70 square meters. The immediate area is not particularly charming, cozy or authentic. It is somewhat marked by Englishmen.  There are restaurants right outside and shopping (2-3 good supermarkets) about 2 km away. There are good and cozy restaurant areas 2-4 km away and there are no less than 5 golf courses nearby.

To arrive in Bosque de la Lomas from Alicante Airport, we recommend booking a taxi or renting a car. It will make your stay in Spain much easier.

Area

Near our holiday homes in Skagen you will find more than 60 kilometers of white sandy beach with good bathing opportunities – also for very young children. Here there is ample opportunity to slow down and enjoy a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

About the holiday apartment

Holiday apartment no. 41 at Skagen Strand Holiday Center has one bedroom, with double bed, and an open 1st floor with another three beds. Full kitchen with cooking equipment, south-facing terrace, as well as a spacious and bright bathroom.

Furthermore, it is possible to use Skagen Strand Feriecenter’s many facilities such as: water park with sauna and steam room, sports hall, gym and several different outdoor facilities.

From 1/1/2023, consumption is paid at the reception at the end of the stay . Final cleaning costs DKK 656 and is mandatory. It must be paid at the reception at the end of the stay. 

Dogs are allowed. However, a cleaning fee of DKK 325 MUST be paid at the reception at the end of the stay. It must be stated when booking that dog is brought.

Parking: Good opportunities for parking at the holiday center.
