Nice and newly renovated holiday home. Karin Punta st.th. is a small unit, complete with kitchen-dining room/living room, bathroom and separate bedroom; Best suited for two adults and possibly two children on a sofa bed in the living room.
This small apartment is located in the same house as Karin Punta st.tv and Karin Punta 1st floor. Here is a good opportunity to rent all three units and take the whole family with you. The bay itself invites to various water activities such as SUP, kayaking and fishing and if you are into culture then Zadar city has a lot to offer, with rich history, delicious food and a visit to the famous sea organ on the harbor promenade.

Hacienda Competa

Cómpeta is a very charming, small, white town in classic Spanish style. If you have really good mountain legs, you can walk down to the city, and otherwise it takes 1 minute by car. Here are various eateries and wine bars and from time to time parties in the square with live music. When that happens, just go for the sound, and you will find the square behind the town hall, where all the locals, young and old, are gathered for a town festival.

About the holiday home

The hacienda consists of three houses:

In one house, the lower floor consists of a large kitchen with attached dining room where you can sit and eat together. On the 1st floor there are two separate rooms with private bathroom and kitchenette.

The second house is a shared indoor lounge with kitchenette/bar.

In the third house there are two small apartments on the lower floor with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room. On the 1st floor there are 3 separate rooms, each with their own bathroom and kitchenette. On the 2nd floor there is a single room with private bathroom and kitchenette and with roof terrace all around the room.

Between the houses is the pool, and distributed on the plot there is plenty of terrace space for everyone to sit outside and eat together. We also intend to purchase a table tennis table and other outdoor activities for children of all ages.

Los Dolses 628

The southern Costa Blanca is the warmest area on the European mainland in winter. There are about 340 sunny days and typically 20 degrees in winter in the middle of the day. There are beautiful, wide sandy beaches, and you can swim pretty much all year round.

There are good opportunities for exercise with cycling and nice walks along the water. Prices at the restaurants are generally very low, so you can enjoy a 3-course dinner for 10-12 euros including 1/2 bottle of wine.

Area

The outdoor shopping mall in Zenia boulevard is an experience. It is open, bright with lots of great shops and restaurants. You can walk there in 20 minutes. The area is suitable for walks along the water channel with orange orchards. The trip along the coast to the south to the small marina is fantastic. Elche is the city with the most palm trees in Europe – only 30 min by car. Alicante is well worth a visit. Cartegena, which is built by Carthage, is also worth a visit with lots of history. The city was one of the last cities to surrender during the Spanish Civil War.

About the apartment

This holiday home is a lovely apartment with front garden/terrace. It is located next to the Los Dolses 630 holiday home. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as living room with sofa bed for children. There is a pool at the end of the road less than 100 metres away. There are 8-10 restaurants in the small center next door as well as larger supermarket.

Montegrosso

Montegrosso is the perfect destination for those interested in food and wine. The area is filled with delicious gastronomy experiences and beautiful vineyards, so if you want a holiday with good food and delicious wine, Montegrosso is the place for you.

Area

The home is located in the middle of the beautiful wine landscape and is a perfect destination for gastronomy and wine enthusiasts. Asti, Alba and Bra are within a short distance by car, and here there are small exciting delicatessens with local products and countless delicious restaurants and wine bars. In late summer and early autumn, the wine harvest begins, and therefore there are often town festivals to experience in the area at this time. Montegrosso is also an ideal holiday destination for small excursions on foot or by bike.

About the apartment

The holiday home in Montegrosso is a large, beautiful house that suits the large family or those who want to go with friends. There are 2 rooms with double bed, 1 family room with two double beds, as well as the possibility of extra bed for 2 children on a knock-out sleeping couch in the kitchen room. The whole house is freshly painted and newly furnished and has a lovely garden with terrace where you can sit outside and eat. The kitchen is of older date, but is expected to change during the off-season Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.
