Hacienda Alicante

Hacienda Alicante is about a 1st hour drive from Alicante, near the charming town of Jumilla.
The hacienda is located in an open landscape with mountain views. In the area, wine, almonds are produced,
olives, salt, leather goods and marble. The hacienda will be completely renovated and will have brand new furniture and when it is finished there will be a petanque court, beach volleyball court, playground, a nice pool.
There are many wineries in the area. 20 min by car from the hacienda is Pinoso, which is a small town that
holds food festival in February and big city festival in August. In the south it is a 30-minute drive to a town called
Fortuna, where there are Roman baths, heat springs, massages and swimming pools. 15 min drive from
The hacienda is a small mountain called Sierra de la Pila, where there are hiking trails and viewpoints.

Hacienda Competa

Cómpeta is a very charming, small, white town in classic Spanish style. If you have really good mountain legs, you can walk down to the city, and otherwise it takes 1 minute by car. Here are various eateries and wine bars and from time to time parties in the square with live music. When that happens, just go for the sound, and you will find the square behind the town hall, where all the locals, young and old, are gathered for a town festival.

About the holiday home

The hacienda consists of three houses:

In one house, the lower floor consists of a large kitchen with attached dining room where you can sit and eat together. On the 1st floor there are two separate rooms with private bathroom and kitchenette.

The second house is a shared indoor lounge with kitchenette/bar.

In the third house there are two small apartments on the lower floor with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room. On the 1st floor there are 3 separate rooms, each with their own bathroom and kitchenette. On the 2nd floor there is a single room with private bathroom and kitchenette and with roof terrace all around the room.

Between the houses is the pool, and distributed on the plot there is plenty of terrace space for everyone to sit outside and eat together. We also intend to purchase a table tennis table and other outdoor activities for children of all ages.

Zeniamar

The area is suitable for walks along the water channel with orange orchards. The trip along the coast to the south to the small marina is fantastic. Elche is the city with the most palm trees in Europe – only 30 min by car. Alicante is well worth a visit. Cartegena, which is built by Khartago, is also worth a visit with lots of history. The city was one of the last cities to surrender during the Spanish Civil War.

About the apartment

Nice newly renovated apartment. Here is room for 4 people in two rooms, and 2 extra people on a sofa bed in the living room. From the terrace there is a view of the sea and the whole area. The pool area and the park belonging to the settlement are very attractive. The pool is large and delicious and is located right by the house – without being disturbed from there. There are restaurants less than 500 meters from the development and maybe 2 km to the Zenia boulevard center, which is open, bright and delicious with lots of good shops and restaurants. You can walk there in 20 minutes. The beach is a 10-minute drive away.

Sessame

Sessame, or the village as we call it, is located in the most beautiful wine region and has a fantastic view
over vineyards and the surrounding mountains.

About the holiday home

Sessame consists of 3 houses and is ideal for the large family.
The houses are currently undergoing a total renovation and when they are finished it will be
a large common area with pool where you can enjoy yourself together the whole family. The residence is located in the middle of it
beautiful wine landscape and is a perfect destination for gastronomy and wine enthusiasts. Asti, Alba and Bra are located
within a short distance by car, and here there are small exciting delicatessen with local products and
countless delicious restaurants and wine bars. In late summer and early autumn, the wine harvest begins, and therefore
there are often town festivals to experience in the area at this time.
