The home is located in the middle of the beautiful wine landscape and is a perfect destination for gastronomy and wine enthusiasts. Asti, Alba and Bra are within a short distance by car, and here there are small exciting delicatessens with local products and countless delicious restaurants and wine bars. In late summer and early autumn, the wine harvest begins, and therefore there are often town festivals to experience in the area at this time. Montegrosso is also an ideal holiday destination for small excursions on foot or by bike.

About the apartment

The holiday home in Montegrosso is a large, beautiful house that suits the large family or those who want to go with friends. There are 2 rooms with double bed, 1 family room with two double beds, as well as the possibility of extra bed for 2 children on a knock-out sleeping couch in the kitchen room. The whole house is freshly painted and newly furnished and has a lovely garden with terrace where you can sit outside and eat. The kitchen is of older date, but is expected to change during the off-season Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.

Soiano del Lago

Lake Garda has long been a favorite location among many Danes. Soiano del Lago is a small but cozy town, with many cozy restaurants that have a beautiful view of the beautiful lake.

Area

If you are into active holidays, there are plenty of opportunities in the area around Lake Garda. There are both opportunities for cycling, but the city also has a nice 27-hole golf course. The other small towns in the area are definitely worth a visit.

The holiday home in Soiano del Lago is cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Garda, and it is located in a complex with
access to a nice pool. The apartment fits 2 adults and 2 children with two beds in double bed on the bedroom and two sleeping places in the living room on the sofa bed. There is no internet in the accommodation.

Torri del Benaco

Lake Garda has long been a favorite location among many Danes, and Torri del Benaco is among the most beautiful small towns by the beautiful lake. Our place has a great view of the lake from the terrace and the small garden that comes with it.

Area

15 minutes to Torri del Benaco, which is one of the absolute prettiest small towns on Lake Garda. It’s an unspoilt gem with atmospheric, narrow streets, a picturesque centre and the impressive Castello Scaligero, like something out of a knight’s adventure.

About the apartment

The residence is quite secluded in a small holiday home complex above Torri del Benaco town. On the other hand, it scores many points on the magnificent view of the entire Lake Garda, which we hope to be able to take advantage of even more with a deliciously heated spa bath, like many of the neighbors. We are awaiting permission from the owners’ association.

It is a home for those who want to immerse themselves in quiet surroundings and go on small trips by car around the area’s small cozy towns. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and in addition there is the possibility to prepare up to 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a small kitchen with gas burner and a small electric oven, as well as a fridge. Down town (5 km) there are more restaurants and less shopping. For larger purchases, we recommend driving to Garda/Bardolino. The apartment is best suited for two adults, and up to two smaller children can be prepared on the sofa bed in the living room. The place can be a bit hard to find, especially if you arrive when it’s dark.

Vence

The apartment is suitable for city breaks in Nice and Vence. It is a 20-minute walk into the centre of Vence, where the city wall forms the framework of the old town. It is a charming and historic place where Henri Matisse’s main work, in the form of a mosaic, adorns la Chapelle du Rosaire de Vence. It is only 20 min. by bus from Nice airport and Nice city center. In this holiday apartment, there is ample opportunity for city break all year round and lovely sun holiday.

About the apartment

The holiday home in Vence is located in a quiet holiday home area with access to a swimming pool. The holiday home is divided up
on 2 floors, with a small kitchen room and bathroom on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor. The holiday home stands
sharp and newly renovated, with associated large terrace where you can enjoy the good weather. The apartment has 3 rooms: 1 with double bed, and two very small rooms with 2 single beds in each. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be made for 2 children. However, we recommend that you are a maximum of 6 people in the home, as space is already tight in the common areas.

The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties (there is a narrow and angular staircase, which is difficult to get up and down)

The pool is open from May to September.

There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, but there is usually not much more than 30 degrees in the summer, as the sea is close by. The warm months are usually July and August. It is usually 17-25 degrees during Easter and autumn holidays.
