Sessame

Sessame, or the village as we call it, is located in the most beautiful wine region and has a fantastic view
over vineyards and the surrounding mountains.

About the holiday home

Sessame consists of 3 houses and is ideal for the large family.
The houses are currently undergoing a total renovation and when they are finished it will be
a large common area with pool where you can enjoy yourself together the whole family. The residence is located in the middle of it
beautiful wine landscape and is a perfect destination for gastronomy and wine enthusiasts. Asti, Alba and Bra are located
within a short distance by car, and here there are small exciting delicatessen with local products and
countless delicious restaurants and wine bars. In late summer and early autumn, the wine harvest begins, and therefore
there are often town festivals to experience in the area at this time.

Sainte-Maxime 308

The French Riviera is a high-level classic. In the area you will find fantastic beaches, world-class restaurants and magnificent cities such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Provencal mountain towns. Within easy reach are museums such as Chagall, Picasso and Fondation Meaght.

Summer is long, hot and sunny. Specifically, there are just over 300 sunny days a year. In September, October, March, April and May you can enjoy a temperature similar to the Danish summer. In addition, the water is warm right up until November.

The apartments in Sainte Maxime have stunning sea views where you have a view of the entrance to the Bay of Saint Tropez. It is 900 meters to a lovely sandy beach and just 50 meters to the outdoor pool. You can fly to Nice, where it is just over an hour’s drive to the apartment.

There is room for 4 people and possibly 5 people on a bed that can be folded out. It becomes somewhat dense when there are 2 or 3 people sleeping in the living room.

The apartment has a new double bed. Chairs, tables and beds in the living room are well-functioning, of good quality, of older date, but fit well into the limited space in the apartment.

There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, but there is usually not much more than 30 degrees in the summer, as the sea is close by. The warm months are usually July and August. It is usually 17-25 degrees during Easter and autumn holidays.

About apartment 308

Investment and Holiday home has access to 2 apartments in Sainte Maxime – 308 and 309.

Both apartments have a room, private terrace and an area of about 40 sqm. With one bedroom and another 3 beds, the apartment fits nicely for a family of 5. Here is NOT air conditioning.

If you are 2 families or several generations, it is optimal to book both apartments, so you each have their own apartment and the children can walk between the apartments, which are right next to each other.

To arrive at the accommodation in Saint-Maxime we recommend renting a car.

The trip from Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur will take about 1 hour.

Skagen is among the absolute favorites of Danish holiday destinations. If you have already visited the ‘top of Denmark’, you know why. Skagen unites unique nature experiences with dunes and miles of white sandy beach, as well as a rich cultural life with art and museums, shopping, delicious restaurants and bars, etc. Whether you are into active holidays or pure relaxation, Skagen has something for everyone.

Area

Near our holiday homes in Skagen you will find more than 60 kilometers of white sandy beach with good bathing opportunities – also for very young children. Here there is ample opportunity to slow down and enjoy a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

About the holiday home

Holiday home no. 79 (type 2) has two separate bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, in addition there are two single beds on the open 1st floor, and there is the possibility of an extra bed on the 1st floor. In addition, a full kitchen with equipment for cooking, south-facing terrace, as well as a spacious and bright bathroom.

Furthermore, it will be possible to use Skagen Strand Feriecenter’s many facilities such as: water park with sauna and steam room as well as sports hall, gym and several different outdoor facilities.

Romo – Gulirisvej 1103

Rømø is a popular holiday destination in Denmark, offering a wealth of unique sights and beautiful natural surroundings. On the island there are kilometer-wide white sandy beaches with good bathing opportunities – also for very young children. Here you can relax, go for long walks and enjoy cozy moments with family and friends. Exclusively, we have provided free access to all facilities at Enjoy Resorts Rømø (including water park and wellness center), which otherwise costs DKK 250 in admission per man per day. So you get a very advantageous holiday stay if you like a little extra self-indulgence and good experiences.

Rømø has a ferry connection to the German island of Sylt, which for many years has been an exclusive and well-visited destination for wealthy Germans. From Rømø you can also easily reach Denmark’s oldest town Ribe and also Tønder, both of which offer charming urban environments, with beautiful old buildings and cozy pedestrian streets.

Rømø is definitely worth an experience and has something for everyone.

About the holiday apartment

In this beautiful holiday home there is room for the large family, who likes to have a holiday with a little extra self-indulgence and good experiences. The house has its own terrace on both the ground floor and the 1st floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms.

If there is extra space for guests, the sofa bed upstairs can also be used. The apartment appears modern and spacious and will almost certainly be a hit with the whole family.
