Our holiday apartments in La Cala de Mijas on Spain’s popular Costa del Sol are something for themselves. From the balconies on the 2nd you have fantastic views over the blue Mediterranean Sea all the way to Gibraltar and Ceuta at the tip of Morocco.

The area offers activities all year round, with sun and beach holidays in the long summer season, and active holidays in the winter months with especially fantastic opportunities for golf on the many courses in the area.

About the apartments

The apartments are located in a cozy little complex with communal pool, a well-maintained garden and cozy common areas. The location is top notch with only 600 meters to the beach and both restaurants and shopping within a radius of 500 meters, as well as Malaga Airport half an hour’s drive away.

Area

Near our holiday homes in Skagen you will find more than 60 kilometers of white sandy beach with good bathing opportunities – also for very young children. Here there is ample opportunity to slow down and enjoy a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

About the holiday home

Holiday home no. 97 (type 2) has two separate bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, in addition there are two single beds on the open 1st floor, and there is the possibility of an extra bed on the 1st floor. In addition, a full kitchen with equipment for cooking, south-facing terrace, as well as a spacious and bright bathroom.

Furthermore, it will be possible to use Skagen Strand Feriecenter’s many facilities such as: water park with sauna and steam room as well as sports hall, gym and several different outdoor facilities.

Sainte-Maxime 309

The French Riviera is a high-level classic. In the area you will find fantastic beaches, world-class restaurants and magnificent cities such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Provencal mountain towns. Within easy reach are museums such as Chagall, Picasso and Fondation Meaght.

Summer is long, hot and sunny. Specifically, there are just over 300 sunny days a year. In September, October, March, April and May you can enjoy a temperature similar to the Danish summer. In addition, the water is warm right up until November.

The apartments in Sainte Maxime have stunning sea views where you have a view of the entrance to the Bay of Saint Tropez. It is 900 meters to a lovely sandy beach and just 50 meters to the outdoor pool. You can fly to Nice, where it is just over an hour’s drive to the apartment.

There is room for 4 people and possibly 5 people on a bed that can be folded out. It becomes somewhat dense when there are 2 or 3 people sleeping in the living room. 

The apartment has a new double bed. Chairs, tables and beds in the living room are well-functioning, of good quality, of older date, but fit well into the limited space in the apartment.

There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, but there is usually not much more than 30 degrees in the summer, as the sea is close by. The warm months are usually July and August. It is usually 17-25 degrees during Easter and autumn holidays. 

About apartment 309

Investment and Holiday home has access to 2 apartments in Sainte Maxime – 308 and 309. 309 has a fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace.

This apartment has a room, a fully equipped kitchen, its own terrace and an area of about 40 sqm. With one bedroom and another 3 beds, the apartment fits nicely for a family of 5. Here is NOT air conditioning.

If you are 2 families or several generations, it is optimal to book both apartments, so you each have their own apartment and the children can walk between the apartments, which are right next to each other.

To arrive at the holiday home in Sainte-Maxime we recommend renting a car. 

The trip from Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur will take about 1 hour.
