Lake Garda has long been a favorite location among many Danes. Soiano del Lago is a small but cozy town, with many cozy restaurants that have a beautiful view of the beautiful lake.

Area

If you are into active holidays, there are plenty of opportunities in the area around Lake Garda. There are both opportunities for cycling, but the city also has a nice 27-hole golf course. The other small towns in the area are definitely worth a visit.

Seborga Balcony

Seborga is an elevated mountain town with evocative streets and buildings from the Middle Ages, surrounded by beautiful countryside. If you want an authentic experience of rural Italy, Seborga is the right destination.

Area

Seborga is located in northwestern Italy, very close to the French border, and not far from the Ligurian Sea. There is therefore the opportunity for more exciting experiences in the area. Just 20 minutes away is the beautiful port city of San Remo and if you fancy a little French atmosphere, Nice is just an hour’s drive from the accommodation.

About the apartment

The holiday home in Seborga is a small studio apartment located in a completely unique building with lots of historical charm. From the balcony you can enjoy an insanely beautiful view of the rustic Italian countryside. The apartment sleeps two. It is a 10-minute drive to several shopping opportunities. You have to walk 100 meters with your luggage, as you cannot drive all the way to the apartment unless you have a narrow, small car.

Vence

The apartment is suitable for city breaks in Nice and Vence. It is a 20-minute walk into the centre of Vence, where the city wall forms the framework of the old town. It is a charming and historic place where Henri Matisse’s main work, in the form of a mosaic, adorns la Chapelle du Rosaire de Vence. It is only 20 min. by bus from Nice airport and Nice city center. In this holiday apartment, there is ample opportunity for city break all year round and lovely sun holiday.

The holiday home in Vence is located in a quiet holiday home area with access to a swimming pool. The holiday home is divided up
on 2 floors, with a small kitchen room and bathroom on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor. The holiday home stands
sharp and newly renovated, with associated large terrace where you can enjoy the good weather. The apartment has 3 rooms: 1 with double bed, and two very small rooms with 2 single beds in each. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be made for 2 children. However, we recommend that you are a maximum of 6 people in the home, as space is already tight in the common areas.

The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties (there is a narrow and angular staircase, which is difficult to get up and down)

The pool is open from May to September.

There is NO air conditioning in the apartment, but there is usually not much more than 30 degrees in the summer, as the sea is close by. The warm months are usually July and August. It is usually 17-25 degrees during Easter and autumn holidays.

Cannes 806

From Cannes, the film festival’s headquarters, there are good opportunities to visit several of the Riviera’s impressive and exclusive cities by train or car. Nice, Antibes and Monaco are all reachable within an hour by car. The French Riviera’s charm and beautiful surroundings have inspired great artists such as Matisse, Picasso and Chagall, and there is ample opportunity to see their works. The apartment is suitable all year round as a city break, as access to Nice, Antibes and Monaco is super easy by train.

About the apartment

The holiday home in Cannes La Bocca is a super nice penthouse apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Esterel
Mountains. There is a large, west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic weather of the French Riviera. Just across the road is the sea and there is the possibility to walk into Cannes as well as to take the train, which is 600 m walk from the apartment complex. The apartment is suitable for a family of 4 with 2 beds in double bed and 2 beds in bunk bed. There is a swimming pool and other activities for both children and adults in the building where the apartment is located. A great choice if you want a beach holiday and culture in one. The apartment does not have a regular oven.

The trip from Nice airport takes about 30 minutes by car.

Possibility to take train 600 meters from the apartment.

The apartment has a garage, so there is parking available for cars. You have to climb some stairs to get from the underground car park to the apartment. Weakly walking people may have difficulty with this staircase.

Important information

Final cleaning is mandatory and is automatically selected when the accommodation is booked. It costs DKK 850. This includes linen for the double bed.

It is possible to purchase linen packages if you are more than two guests.

Linen package for single bed – 150 kr.

– Contains: 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel.

If you want extra linen packages, it must be selected when booking the accommodation. If you bring your own linen, this must be ticked off when booking.

Arrival : 17:00-22:00. The intercom rings us outside working hours, so it is not possible to check in later than 10 pm. When you know what time you expect to be at the accommodation, send an SMS on +45 93 86 21 67 with the expected time of arrival. If there are changes to the plan, this must also be reported by SMS.
