The home is divided into 3 departments (3 apartments), which makes it possible to withdraw from the community for a quiet moment. There are 8 ordinary sleeping places and in addition each apartment has a sofa bed, where up to a total of 6 extra children can be saved. The Karin Bay is a lovely area that invites you to various water activities such as SUP, kayaking and fishing, and if you are into culture, the city of Zadar has a lot to offer, with rich history, delicious food and a visit to the famous sea organ on the harbor promenade.

Hacienda Alicante is about a 1st hour drive from Alicante, near the charming town of Jumilla. The hacienda is located in an open landscape with mountain views. In the area, wine, almonds are produced, olives, salt, leather goods and marble. The hacienda will be completely renovated and will have brand new furniture and when it is finished there will be a petanque court, beach volleyball court, playground, a nice pool. There are many wineries in the area. 20 min by car from the hacienda is Pinoso, which is a small town that holds food festival in February and big city festival in August. In the south it is a 30-minute drive to a town called Fortuna, where there are Roman baths, heat springs, massages and swimming pools. 15 min drive from The hacienda is a small mountain called Sierra de la Pila, where there are hiking trails and viewpoints.

The palm-fringed Playa de Postiquet seafront is also worth a visit in its own right, with sidewalk cafes, street performers and live bands playing in the evenings.
About the apartment
Almost newly built apartment in the center of Alicante with room for 6 people divided into 3 separate rooms with double bed. The apartment is perfect and is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built property. There is no elevator. You can take a taxi from the airport in Alicante and 20 minutes later you are at the apartment, which is located in a quiet side street close to the shops and the city center. The location is optimal for a city break in Alicante, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a fantastic city beach (10-15 min walk). You can also take the light rail to the large beaches north of the city – it is also an experience.
